OK so my measurements are completely horrendous, but here's to hoping this will keep me accountable and stick to it to see a difference in a month.
Chest - 43"
Waist - 46"
Hips - 51"
Arms (My biggest nightmare) - 18.5" (L) and 19" (R)
I would be over the moon to get my waist as close to 40/under it if possible. 2-3 inch loss off the hips would be great. I am happy to get whatever I can off my chest and arms.0 -

I year ago in March I started a weight management program at an all time high of near 250#, I lost and 60# but I had struggled with getting any more off, and have had a slip over the past couple months and now have put about 10# back on... SO here I am today, and what seems like everyday starting again.... Haven't been actively involved in a discussion board, so hope this helps with MOTIVATION!!! Its so hard when everyone in the house eats chips and cookies!!!

I feel your pain! My boyfriend's kids eat sugar like it's going going out of style. It's so hard watching them eat cookies and ice cream and candy while i'm munching on air popped popcorn and soda water. *sigh*0 -

I started my 30 days on 27th, so this is perfectly timed! I also do Armageddon classes (very simialr circuits thing) twice a week and I'm trying to do some gentle cardio (walk, cycle) on the other days.
