    I walked up and down my driveway blowing snow this morning. Wished I had worn my HRM to see what the cals burned were. I wasn't working too hard, but I was out for an hour doing two driveways.

    I did a 1 mile Burn Body Fat & Sculpt Your Arms w/ 1 lb hw. It was only 18 minutes. I am restarting after a long exercise absence.

    Hi! I just found your group. I love the Leslie Sansone walking DVDs. I did the 2 miler today with the resistance band. I just got back into working out. Felt great!

    I just did 2 miles of the Walk Away Your Waistline w/walk belt!
    I did 15 min on the treadmill uphill and chest, shoulders and triceps at the gym!

    What kind of walking did you do?
    i.e. treadmill, dvd, outside...
