I did not walk yesterday, but I was busy all day and didn't overeat. I helped a friend bake 155 cupcakes and make 110 mints for a party coming up. We also cooked supper and a chocolate cheesecake. The good news in all of this, I only ate one bite of the cheesecake! YEAH for me:)

Saturday & Sunday are intense walking days for me - insurance in case my week is crazy. I had a total of 6 miles today. I did the 1 mile walk that's on Exercise TV followed by 5 Really Big Miles. I ended with 10-15 minutes of easy yoga stretches. I did this in my den by viewing the YouTube videos on a tablet.

I wasn't able to walk the Leslie video because I am visiting my sister at the beach. We have walked on the beach every day for anywhere from 30-60 minutes each day, a lot of fun.

You are doing a fantastic job and setting a great example for us all!
You inspire me every day to keep it up!

Thanks Debbie you are for me too!
I just did another round of Walk Away Your Waistline: 3 Miles!
I am pooped! Cleaned the house and did laundry too.
Just got back on Saturday from my sister's house and then went on a motorcycle ride with my bf.
Monday was time to clean the house. But I promised myself that I would do the Halloween Challenge (in groups) and so I made myself do my Leslie!
    :-)

just walked 5 miles with Leslie. The video included 5 12 minute miles. Should I count this as walking 5 mph or should I put it down as low impact aerobics for 60 minutes. There is a big difference in the calories burned.

Just walked 25 min on a treadmill on an incline of 1.5-4 at 3.5 miles per hour and a cool down of 5 minutes = 30 min Total!

I would use the Leslie recommended info here: http://www.walkathome.com/exercise/calorie-burn-per-mile/
