GrammieMaggs made a great format to track progess. My starting weight is 184. I may or may not lose much weight since I am doing both lifting and cardio. I am also working on the 'Burn 3500 Calories A Week - August 2013 Challenge' so this should be pretty interesting.

Hello from Argentina! Here we are in a very cold winter, so it will be a winter challenge for me Very excited of this challenge, feeling pretty lonely on this journey...If I will not lose weight by my own, I am headed for a Gastric Bypass...sad.
I have a lot of health problems. like INSULIN RESISTANCE, HASHIMOTO DISEASE (HYPOTHYROIDISM), very bad Arthrosis in my back, etc. It's very hard for me to lose weight but slowly I am doing it...so, I don't think I will lose 10 pounds in a month, but I will do my best!!!

I'm going to change my start weight. the thing is I went on vacation last week and the scale said I gained three lbs but today I lost 5.5 since two weeks ago so i'm going to act as if the 3 was a false reading and say I started at 174.5 and lost 2 lbs today to begin this month. kinda sounds like reverse cheating, since I took away 3 lbs but I don't think it's fair otherwise.0
