Day 2 - BURN 3500 calories a week - August challenge

Hey guys and girls, it's day 2 of the 30 day challenge.
Some of you have been doing great and others have got some catching up to do. After yesterday, you all should be around 3000 calories or less. If you are above 3000, you have got some catching up to do.
We had some amazing burns yesterday. Good job and here's a list of the top 5 for Day 1 of the challenge. :drinker:

40 minute cycle = 544 cals
48 minute run- 838 cals
some reps on weights,

Monday's and Tuesday's are my big calorie burn days (Roller Derby practice) so I should still be good to go for the week as long as I do enough on the other days I usually burn around 700 - 800 cals just from practice and usually do elliptical in the morning on at least one of those days.
