    GrammieMaggs made a great format to track progess. My starting weight is 184. I may or may not lose much weight since I am doing both lifting and cardio. I am also working on the 'Burn 3500 Calories A Week - August 2013 Challenge' so this should be pretty interesting.

    Hello from Argentina! Here we are in a very cold winter, so it will be a winter challenge for me :) Very excited of this challenge, feeling pretty lonely on this journey...If I will not lose weight by my own, I am headed for a Gastric Bypass...sad.
    I have a lot of health problems. like INSULIN RESISTANCE, HASHIMOTO DISEASE (HYPOTHYROIDISM), very bad Arthrosis in my back, etc. It's very hard for me to lose weight but slowly I am doing it...so, I don't think I will lose 10 pounds in a month, but I will do my best!!!

    I am 57 years old, 5'.2''

    My starting weight for the month is 245. I'm not sure what my final goal will be yet, but 235 by the end of August would be lovely.

    I am 254 pounds right now (eeeeeeek). My long term goal is 159. Losing ten pounds would be a great start (I have been losing and gaining the same 5 pounds for 6 months now. I am up 30 pounds from last summer =(

    I'm going to change my start weight. the thing is I went on vacation last week and the scale said I gained three lbs but today I lost 5.5 since two weeks ago so i'm going to act as if the 3 was a false reading and say I started at 174.5 and lost 2 lbs today to begin this month. kinda sounds like reverse cheating, since I took away 3 lbs but I don't think it's fair otherwise.

    July 30 (last weigh in) to August 3 (starting Saturday morning weigh-ins.... keeps me on track Friday nights!) : Down 1.6 lbs!! Onward and downward!! 8.4 to go!
