I completed week 3, day 1, which has the three minute intervals. I almost didn't make it through the last run because I was so tired, but thankfully the trainer lady came over the podcast and said "only 60 seconds left!" which made me push through it and I did it. I think I went too quickly today on the first run and that's why I got tired out. I haven't had this issue before, but now that I think about on it I was going pretty fast when I started out because I was feeling extra motivated.

I just got my mother in law to start the program and she's on W1D3 and loving it so far. How is everyone else doing?

    I am loving it so far too....completed weed one ....trying to decide if I should do week one again as I am so unfit or go for week 2.....What are your thoughts?

    Tlou - try W2...it might not he so bad. If it feels too hard...goooooooo ssssslllllooooowweeeeeeerrrrrr.
