    I'm Debbie, in Missouri. I started using My Fitness Pal 2 weeks ago, and like the discipline of it. I thought it'd be great to have some support and encouragement from women my age, so am excited to have found this group!

    I am also Karen, so maybe I'm Karen2. I once said that if you had a room of twenty women 50+, at least three would be named Karen (or Caren, Caryn,...)

    I am in Pennsylvania near Gettysburg. It's good to read everyone's location.

    Hi I am Wendy. I have just begun using this website and I really like it. Best of all, is all the support. I have some health issues but I don't need to get all my support from "my health issue group". I am over 50 too! I have not official started tracking my weight loss but I can see that this website will be very helpful.

    I'm Sherry. When I was setting up my account, every option I tried with my first name was taken. I didn't think at that time I could have added a unique number afterward.
