Just starting my C25 K

I am just starting my second week of couch to 5K and my goal is to be able to run in a 5K this October. I am wondering if anyone knows a few good calf stretches as that is the part of my legs that generally feel tight after running.

Use a curb, or the threshold of your house, step one foot up on the curb, leave the other on the ground. Put just your toes on the curb, and let you heel hang. Now put your weight on your toes which are on the curb, and push your heel down toward the ground. Then switch.
