cardio!!

Let's do this!!! Challenge for everyone.. everyday starting today for the next week is to walk 30 minutes a day. .. ready set go!!

    done.. I was really set then started and was tired and I wanted to stop but I didn't and finished my leslie sansone 30 minute workout. let's see how it goes tomorrow:)

    Day two woot woot and I went a quarter mile farther :-) I'm sure the two dogs I was walking helped :-)
