I am posting this now since tomorrow's Saturday so you can all check in while I'm sleeping in in case I'm up late. I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend! Tomorrow will be a rest day.

I can't believe I found this group on MyFitness!!! I saw this ab challenge of Pinterest, and my boyfriend and I started on the 1st! I didn't get a chance to do Day 3 because I have been at the ICU with my Grandmother, Mother and Aunties, but I am going to do Day 3 on the Rest day (Day 4) to make up for it.
Anyway, I am excited to check in dailyI hope to make some friends!

not able to do 25 sit ups at one time - breaking it up.0 -
Completed today's challenge of 25 situps, 10 leg raises, 10 crunches and 15s planks! Did 20 setups (to exhaustion) then the rest and finished up with the last 5 situp!0
