    Day4: REST DAY
    Day5: 630 cals burned ( HIIT on treadmill + Rowing + Circuit Training + Walking)
    Day6: 720cals burned (45 min Elliptical + Outdoor Walking)
    Day7: 770 cals burned (20 min rowing + 35 min eliptical + walking)

    Didn't achieve the goal this week evenafter trying hard. but I am confident about achieving it next week.

    What a challenge and what a successful week! I have NEVER pushed myself so hard as I have to meet this goal. It was definitely a lot of work, but I now know I can do more than I thought I could.     I'm a little short. Hoping to get in another workout tonight, but may not make it. I am proud of what I was able to accomplish though. I did more (a LOT more) than I would have without the challenge. It has motivated me to work out at lunch time as well as in the morning so that makes me happy!!!
    I didn't get out for another work out, but I wore a pedometer today and if I add in the additional calories from my pedometer I am actually closer to only being short about 200 so I think that is great!!!!
