Hey Guys!! We're done week 1 and on to week 2. We've had some amazing results so far.

For those who didn't quite make it, no worries today is a new day and beginning of a new week in the challenge. So you have a fresh start.
For those who really had a hard time during this 1st week, take a look at what other members did to achieve such high results, and add it to your workout routine.
Remember the format
Week 2 Goal - 3500 calories
Day 1: 500 calories (1hr zumba)
Day 2: calories burned (how they were burned)
Day 3: calories burned (how they were burned)
Day 4:calories burned (how they were burned)
Day 4: calories burned (how they were burned)
Day 6:calories burned (how they were burned)
Day 7:calories burned (how they were burned)
Total: 500
Left to go: 3000
Worked out without sneakers at home yesterday, so my feet are swollen. So I guess i'll be resting today and tomorrow until it goes down. But i will catch up.
Remember guys, push hard & work hard but listen to your body. Take a break/ rest day if you need to NOT because you feel to or you don't feel like working out. ok.
QUESTION: Did anyone lose 1 lb? I lost 2lbs (Happy Dance)
TIP: Abs are made in the kitchen. You must adapt to a healthy lifestyle/ eating plan to attain maximum results.

I had a very rough week , lost my dog (R.I.P. my fur baby) dealt with my mom and her cancer scare. All drama is done time to move on and kill it for week 2. Everyone feel free to add me , help motivate me !!!0 -

Worked out with a personal trainer today for an hour and I am FEELING it already! Yikes! I was sweating like a hog, so in my fitness pal I put 20 minutes strength training and 25 minutes calisthenics because we did a lot of vigorous work too.
Glad I made it over goal last week, lets hope this week goes well!0 -
