Sorry to have been M.I.A the last 2 days I am having laptop problems so using my phone now a little update today I start week 2 I have catching up to do as of now I have missed 4 days so after week 4 I'll do week 5 again however I have been doing Zumba , walking , and treadmill intervals also stationary bike an elliptical will be added I have lost 1.4 lbs so its something I haven't been following a certain meal plan and have been off my thyroid meds I'm trying to achieve this as a lifestyle hopefully I can be without my meds so just something we are testing out with doctor good luck to everyone on their monthly exercises
