Jamie Eason Live Fit Phase 2 question......

Hi,

Does the same rule apply to phase 2 as with phase 1 were you have to workout your weakest area for 2 days (mine was triceps, so did the chest & tricep routine twice a week)? Or as per the workout schedule which is legs without cardio for 2 days a week?

    I think the same still applies. It might be good to re-evaluate now though if that would still be your triceps. When I got to Phase 2 I felt like my weakest area (shoulders) had really caught up quite a bit!
