I put mushrooms in most everything.
My current fave way of having mushrooms is to slice them up, and grill them on the Gerorge Foreman grill. I put 2 rashers of turkey bacon on, then use up the rest of the space with mushrooms. Then have a lovely bacon and mushroom sandwich with ketchup.

I love plain sauteed mushrooms. I'll cook up 2-3 containers of sliced mushrooms with the best butter I can afford at the time (cause it's a treat, y'know?), and keep them in the fridge to *add to whatever I fancy. So delicious.0

I put mushrooms in so many of my recipes, I often put a whole packet in rather than the required amount! The more mushrooms in my stir fry's and risottos, the more enjoyable the meal!0
