    Been on keto for 2 years now (with a few lapses and periods of weight gain). Originally went from 138 -> 125 on a few months on keto. Now I'm hovering around 130 and am about to start focusing on strength training in addition to diet. Haven't been super active on r/keto lately, but I used to comment and post all the time.
