8/11 - 8/17 can you burn 2000?

Although last week this goal was CRUSHED by those involved, I'm keeping it realistic especially to those doibg programs like chalean extreme (me me me) that doesn't burn a ton of calories. So this week can you burn at least 2000?

Yep I'm up for this and definitely aiming for 2000 this week instead of crushing it! Need a rest after last week's efforts and have moved up to L3 of the 30DS which is definitely more taxing - spent yesterday feeling sore all day after doing it though today is better...0

Hell, you guys are going to have this 2000 goal crushed by tomorrow, you keep that up! you guys keep me pushing for sure. I'm at 1164 so far not counting what I'll get in today so I think even with a rest day I will be able to hit it.

209 yesterday so total is 1390. Lots of cals to be burnt today as I have a day off and my boys are away at camp/gramp's till tonight so taking advantage of house to myself0

901 from Monday and Tuesday, rested Wednesday, 409 from Thursday and 503 from today brings me to 1813!0

741 yesterday and 209 today making my total for the week 2340 Definitely up for 2500 next week, am off work to spend some time with my lovely boys. Also will finish 30DS on Tuesday and want to keep exercising after - the more motivation the better...0
