    Week 3 Goal: 3500 Calories

    Day 1: 213 calories (30 day shred 2, 20 min.)
    Day2: 555 calories (30 day shred 2, 25 min., turbo jam 20 min. pull ups)
    Day 3: 1087 calories (30 day shred 2, 25 min., turbo sculpt 40 min.)
    Day 4: 995 calories (30 day shred 2, 25 min., biking 60 min., mowing lawn 30 min.)
    Day 5: 753 calories (30 day shred 2, 19 min., walking 20 min., turbo jam 20 min. cardio boot camp w/ Tracy Maillet) 15 min.)
    Day 6: 322 calories (30 day shred 3, 25 min., biking 15 min., moderate effort)

    I was going to take a rest day, but my wonderful daughter put in the 30 day shred level 3 video and did it with me. What a support system she is for me. I thank her with all my heart!

    Just realized I posted Day 6 on Day 5 thread...oops...

    Week 3 Goal: 3500

    Day 1: 622 calories (Les Mills Body Attack/Swimming)
    Day 2: 550 calories burned (40 minutes elliptical/Swimming)
    Day 3: 488 calories burned (60 minute Roller Derby Bout - I probably burned more then that, but I can't use my HRM...)
    Day 4: 0 calories burned (REST)
    Day 5: 0 calories burned (Apparently I needed another rest day...)
    Day 6: 814 calories burned (100 minutes roller derby practice)

    Day 2: 1,032 total = 210calories(2mile walk)+388calories(2mile slow walk)+434calories(60min. mowing lawn)
    Day 3: 582 calories(75min. Swimming)
    Day 4: Rest Day
    Day 5: Bummed out today. Couldn't muster the "heart" to workout. Hope tomorrow is better.
    Day 6: 201calories (60minutes light house cleaning)

    NOTE: It really :bigsmile: motivated me to see the names of the individuals in the "TOP 5" each day, and to try my best to make it on that list, too. (I made it 3 times and was even in the top slot once! :love: ) It gave me inspiration and helped to bring out the "I can do this" attitude in me. It was something I looked forward to at every log in. Sorry to see this item not being posted any longer. :frown:

    We should try messaging the moderator about that. I'm going to start doing this challenge too and I think it would really help me keep motivated too :)
