    so disappointed in myself, but have no one to blame but me. I am not happy with my weight but not doing anything about it. Hopefully have a better week next week. great job choijanor! your hard work is paying off.

    dont worry c2jeske,, as long as you dont give up,, always stay motivated and determined so that u will reach ur goal :) ,,

    and maybe if u gain weight maybe only water retention because of salt and sugar,, well just do cardio & lifting & abs exercise also consume less calories,, in order to lose weight

    np,,, well thats completely natural,even me discourage if i fail on my diet and exercise or gain weight,, because of the world of nutrition or diet & exercise,, they are failures & success,,,

    but quitting is not an option,,, quitting never success ,,, just keep moving,,, discipline on diet and hardwork on exercise
