    Hi, I just joined. I love these challenge groups because they really keep me on track. I checked out the Aug challenge and liked what I saw, so very excited to see what's in store for September.

    Yuppers, as long as you complete the days challenge in a single day. The earlier days are pretty easy to do in 1 set. As we move along in days, i have to break them up into several sets though out the day.
