Before Measurements & Photos

It's always good to have a point of reference. Even if the photos are for your eyes only, we should really consider taking some before shots to look at once we have completed our 30 days. Measurements are also a great way to judge progress. Even when results are hard to see, the numbers don't lie
I'll be taking my photos & measurements the day before starting or the morning of, depending on scheduling & time.
Beginning Format:

I agree! plus it's a great motivator to have something to compare to. take that pic and post it on the bathroom mirror, then when you are not motivated to workout or want that little cheat snack go look at the photo and remember your goal0

Sorry to say that I'm an inexperienced photo poster myself & am not sure how to do this... As moderator I wish I could help, but I've yet to be brave enough to publicly post my before pictures yet

Freshly new to this site, very excited to do the 30 day shred starting tomorrow. My question is how does this work exactly? Do we need to be on here at a certain time to do the workout or do we need to own the video itself? Also not to sure as to how to post pictures either:/0

There's links to the different levels (1,2, & 3) posted under the Group Schedule thread for those who do not have the dvd. As for timing, everyone can do the workout anytime during the day that works for them & have an optional check-in afterwards... I'll be posting a daily thread for each of the 30 days for members to chit-chat, report progress/pains, or offer motivation in.0 -

Checking in with my measurements after completing level 2. Not too much of a change, but I feel a lot more toned and am definitely a lot stronger. I took pics; I'll have to compare.

Chest: 33 (definitely not where I want to be losing inches!)
