We are in week 3.
Monday is Total Body Circuit
Tuesday is Speed 1.0
Wednesday is Lower body
Thursday is Cardio
Friday is Total Body Circuit & Ab Intervals
Saturday is stretching those abused muscles!

Got in what I could for the Total Body Workout. Had to do a little modifying with all the planks & pushups. Soon my hand will be in full use!

Got Total Body Circuit done. Now on to Speed 1.0 this evening.0

Speed 1.0 is my fave!!!! Did do the burpees like Tania due to the hand. It is still sore! Probabaly cuz of how I have treated it!!!
Now I ride bike for a few miles & after the temp drops I will take my furries for a "not so fast" walk!

Speed 1.0 done today, my favorite. I really pushed it yesterday with TBC b/c my gluts and hamstrings are a bit sore today and lower body is tomorrow. Hope everyone has/had a great workout.0

Due to being pretty unwell this week, I havent started my week 3 yet. I hope to get my first workout done today and try and complete W3 by the end of Sunday (2 workouts a day for a couple of days).0

Speed 1.0 is done. I'm still a day behind but will catch up by the end of the week. Did a ststionary rowing class today as well.0

Missed Lower Body today!:grumble: I started school today & had to be there by 7 a.m.. That means on the road by 6:30. We then left for a dr's appointment in Utah. I am from Montana so you understand the drive distance. Will catch up when I can!!!

with you when i can!! Ive had a bad case of pneumonia that has set me back about a week... im hoping to jump back on the band wagon with a week of doubles after next week so as not to fall TOO behind.
Ive been walking etc to keep myself at least partially active.

So I just got back on a week vacation from Dominican Republic and missed a week of T25...should my bf and I begin week 3 today or start the program all over?
