Do as many push ups as you can +1 every day for 7 days. If you need to do them on your knees then go for it but try to challenge yourself!

This one was tough for me. It was easy for me to say that I did as many push-ups as I could during the 30 DS. So I kinda think I only did it…..once. :blushing: Sorry guys! I'll do better this week, I promise.0
