weighing in and plan of attack

I'm not going to weigh in and post my goal until Monday 2 September as Monday is my usual weigh in day.
My plan of attack is as follows:
I took 18 months to lose my original 50+pounds/25 kgs. For various reasons (cough midlife crisis cough) I put some back on and I want to lose about 7kg/15 pounds. I think it reasonable to try to lose it in three months. I can't face taking forever again!
So I am usually vegetarian and do 16:8 and 5:2 intermittent fasting. I also really want to watch my cals and eat really healthily with just little treats (mmmm Lindt dark strawberry chocolate).
I try to exercise 6 days a week. Mostly that will be taekwondo three times a week, bootcamp twice a week (only runs during school term times) and running one or two times a week.
My challenges will be that tkd and bootcamp only run during school term, so I need to get motivated to do something else in the holidays.

My current weight is 246.4 and my goal for november 30th is 215. I plan on eating very healthy and combining the gym with slim in 6 and zumba!0

Okay final change...20lbs is what I want to loss. Average of 6-7lbs a month. If I loss more during a single month I will still hold myself accountable to loss the same 6-7lb during the next month(s).0 -
I plan to loose 15 lbs by nov 30.. Eating healthy and sticking to my 1200 cal diet and logging in is my plan plus exercise.

I would like to 7kg by end of November.. I am getting married, I want to do this as a lifestyle change..
Plan: 4 times a week excercise - 3 times a week strength training and cardio and running on weekends.
I need to keep off the sweeties - my worst enemy..but will allow myself a sweet once a week.0 -

My current weight is 85 kg and my goal for the 30th November is between 10 and 15. I really want to look good this summer and in January I will be maid of honour at my cousins wedding. I have to work hard to lose all this weight.
My Plan of attack: Eat healthy and exercise 4-5 times a week. Jogging and weight/strength training.

My weight is 70kg and I'd really like to lose 5kg by the end of November: summer's coming very soon!
Basically I plan to plan. I need to know what I'm eating for each meal and be prepared. I know that stops me from reaching out for whatever's around if I get hungry.
I also plan to get back on my treadmill and increase the amount of time I spend exercising, which is always a problem!0 -

Plan of attack: stop the binge, plan all meals ahead of time ,package and label all foods the night before, keep safe foods around at all times (mostly berries and veg) for when I get snacky. Excercise 5 times a week, videos and walking/running. Log every single bite every single day and stay in touch with the challenge group! Hello my name is Barb and I would like to join the group for support. I recently lost weight for my daughters wedding in June but have picked up 5lbs.
My plan of attack is to journal everyday, some type of exercise 3x week I have started back walking. I am currently in school so it tends to be overwhelming and takes up a lot of my free time. It also is a stressor and I am a great stress eater . So hoping be accountable weekly will help get me through the next 3 months.

Hi, my name is sky, I just started on my weight loss journey, and what better way to kick it off than a challenge right? I have toddlers to take care of and its so hard not to lick off the spatula or finish their food! I weigh 271 and I want to weigh 250 by the end of nov. I think to accomplish this my whole family is going to have to eat better to not tempt mommy and have lots of fruits and veggies. Also I plan to get up at 4 in the morning m-f and hit the gym at least for one hr before my husband gets up for work, ok well good luck to everyone0

Hi! my current weight 265.2 When I started in June I was 299.

My current weight is 148lbs. My goal is too get back down to 140lbs.
I reached my goal weight Feb 2012 after losing 100lbs. I maintained the loss over a year but gained 10lbs back this year. I've been really struggling to get back on track.
My workout plan is to restart Staonglifts 5 x 5. Also running at least 2 per week. I will also do yoga once a week

I weigh 212 now. My goal by the end of November is to lose 20lbs. It has been a while since I have seen those numbers on the scale. I am just starting Hip Hop ABS I walk 1 mile 3-4X weekly and want to start learning to jog.
I will be following a meal plan very strictly and also having one cheat day per week - alternating cardio and interval training.

Hi everyone - I would like to lose 10 pounds by the end of Nov. Hopefully I can do this by cutting the carbs, watching my portions - and trying to walk at least 10 minutes/day (I am limited to the amount of exercise I can tolerate). I will need lots of motivation - when I get down I eat to feel better :ohwell: I know I shouldn't but I do :sad: Any and all help is welcomed to get me 10 pounds lighter! I usually weight in on Mondays so I can see how bad I was over the weekend - that's the hardest for me. Good luck everyone! :happy:0

My current weight (as of this morning) is 174.6.
My goal is to lose 15-20 lbs by the end of November. (154 lbs)
I'm a mother of four so its sometimes challenging to find some time, but if I can stick to working out 4-5xs per week I believe my goal can be achievable. I also have thyroid issues that make it somewhat difficult to lose weight, but I'm at least going to try. It's better to do something than nothing at all.
My workouts will consists of running (outdoors and treadmill), Zumba DVDs (at home and gym) and mix it up with Insanity workouts and Jillian Michaels DVD workouts (I tend to plateau quickly doing only one thing).
Keeping a food journal everyday and watching my food portions will be very important.
My ultimate weight loss goal is 44.6 lbs to get to 130 lbs. But short term goals are more doable for me (for now).0 -

Plan of attack : Either keep following 5:2 or switch back to 1500/day, whichever i feel like doing as they both equal one pound a week loss, just different roads to the same destination. Try to exercise at least once a week ( i know i know but i never ever exercise) and continue my constant trials of trying to drink more water.0 -

I started this weight loss journey two months ago although haven't been on fitnesspal that long. I started at 189 and was disgusted at what I saw in the mirror, and wanna be healthy for my son I started by calorie counting walking and jogging and running 15 minutes now I walk run or jog 2+ miles 5-6 times a week as well as not consuming soda anymore, just looking for people who are going through what I am to give me the extra push. Last June I weighed in at 103.3 kg's.
By April 1 this year I was down to 93.7 kg's.
I am now back at 97.8 kg's.
I want to be at 93.3 kg's by the end of this 3 month challenge.
I have put together a 4 week cycling program which is part of a 16 week program. By riding 3 days a week and working into some strength training on my off bike days once my routine is settled I expect to lose the weight and increase overall fitness considerably.
I had a Dr tell me last week that a medical condition I have may be improved by losing weight. He was so diplomatic about the way he put it that I didn't know whether to be grateful or to cringe. I have been looking for a solution/management plan that didn't involve surgery or medication for a long time so I was actually pretty appreciative of the advice he gave.

CW 65.6kg. I would like to loose 5kg and see how I look at 60kg. In December 2012 I was 61.5kg, I felt and looked good. I brought a new summer wardrobe so wanna wear some of those nice skinny clothes again AND buy more hehehe. I plan on eating healthy clean food and sticking to my 1200 cal diet, my exercise will consist of either running, walking, biking or doing an exercise DVD 5-6 times a week.
