Hey everyone, it's day 2 of the 30 day squat challenge. Remember it's 55 basic/regular squats.

You can log them or not log them. They would be under strength training not cardio on the exercise tab0 -
55 squats performed. Wow, my heart rate is pumpin'! I didn't realize what a workout I could get from doing squats. How will I ever be able to do 250 of them by the end of this month? One question: Are we supposed to do each day's squats all at once, or can they be spread throughout the day? Of course 50 to 100 should be manageable, but 250? Sorry for my ignorance, but I've never been in a squat challenge. Am I supposed to be using weights?
There was mention of a GROUP PAGE and instructions/videos on proper form for some of the upcoming squats. Is it possible for someone to tell me how to get to that Group Page? Thank you.
