Increase water intake
Now I'm able to walk again increase miles
Swim once a week
Use my cross trainer
Eat clean ,avoid too much sugar
To lose 2lb a week , I know this is ambitious but doable

Yesterday did 9 miles on my elliptical machine (the squeaker ) it's old and very squeaky .i also joined 100 mile challenge and have done 14 so far.0

Today I have done 6 miles on elliptical trainer today, and took kids for a mc Donald's but I resisted .0

Another 6 miles done on the squeaker ,so that makes 26 done and 74 to go. I'm hoping to go swimming later.0

I haven't felt well since Sunday so I haven't had any energy to workout ,but now I'm back !0

Back on track have done 9 miles today on my elliptical machine which goes towards my 100 miles.
Scale's are moving very slow but are moving.0 -
Doing well on all goals ,apart from the 2lb a week goal .which is a real frustrating pain.
I'm walking more,using the elliptical trainer 5x a week,am doing well on my September 100 challenge. 91 done 9 to go,really enjoyed this challenge and it's made me move more.0 -
Just completed my 100 mile challenge. Loved this one, it hss really made me move.0
