HI! Hope everyone is having a great Labor Day! I just wanted to say that we are in week 2 and I hope it's going well for everyone in the challenge. It is going well so far! I do wish the mobile app let you get on boards. I don't often get out the computer. I was disappointed that I haven't lost a full pound in the past weeks, but I have lost 1/2 in off my thighs and calves! woohoo The holidays will be here before we know it!0

I also don't get on the computer often so that's why I don't post daily. I'm just too lazy to boot up the computer at home when I can access through my phone BUT I'm feeling good and excited to increase my activity level...ruptured disk - what ruptured disk it's feeling like it's healing!!0

I am really enjoying this challenge. It has really helped me kick my motivation back into gear. I am bummed that my surgery will take me out of commission for part of it but I will be back as soon as my body allows. I will still log in daily to offer you all my support. We will all achieve ULTIMATE HOTNESS by the holidays.0

My last two workouts have really stunk....I kept getting stuffed up and feeling sick to my stomach but I saw yesterday what the problem was. Last year I converted out pool house to my workout area so I would have plenty of room and privacy. Sunday afternoon I went out to the pool house and everthing was covered in a white powdery substance.................MILDEW. I guess with all of the rain and humidity the pool house couldn't take it! I went yesterday and got everything I need to scrub the place down and steam clean the carpet so tonight I will be tackling the mess. My husband is picking up a larger dehumidifier today too so that should help prevent future problems!!
Other than that, my eating has been pretty good but only lost a couple of ounces. I am looking forward to cooler temperatures so I can get out and do some walking and bike riding in the evenings. My husband will get out and do those things with me so I can burn some calories without feeling guilty that I am taking time away from him!! Trust me, I am not complaining. I have too many friends whose husbands spend no time with them so I am thankful my husband likes his time with me!0 -
