Level 1 - Day 7

We're one day closer :bigsmile: Keep up all of the hard work & we'll be resting up for level 2 before we know it! We're getting stronger & more capable every day... every drop of sweat, flushed face, & sore muscle will be worth it come completion day!

    Done early in the morning...I had to press pause before 2mins cardios I was so tired...maybe excercising without eating anything was not the right thing.

    Got in my shred workout this morning. I am quite sore from yesterday's start on level 2 but will keep pushing!

    Done! It was harder for me today though. I am honestly not looking forward to level 2... kinda sad that I'm dreading it already.

    L1D6 and L2D2 down. I figured I may as well keep doubling up on the episodes if I have the energy. Still can't do the friggin arm lifts in the last move on either level though. I may need to buy 3...or 1lb weights for those.
  • Got my Shred in tonight. I'm getting a little better at level 1. The final ab exercise is hard for me.

    A day late, but done! Tried 3lb weights tonight then found when i began the fly move one shoulder really ouched! And still does now. Whoops, back to 2lbs for a day or two. Can't believe 1lb makes that much difference, oh well.
