Day three done! I am building up to more "regular " push ups. I was able to do seven! haha...i sound so silly!0

Done. Today was harder than yesterday that is for sure. I am also doing the 30 Day Shred and there are a lot of the same exercises in there. The only thing that isn't in there is the tricep dips. Those really hurt the front of my shoulders.0
