An extra push for the weekend!!!

I usually cheat up a storm over the weekends and regret it during the begining of the week so I thought this might help me.. Join me if you like..
1. Give up something that I know is no good for me during the weekend that I usually allow myself to have
2. Throw in an extra exercise routine on Saturday and Sunday
3. Increase my water intake.
4. Give a praise report of Monday
simple enough!!

I tend to get a little slack on weekends too, since my routine goes out the window. This weekend, I'm going to do the following:
1. Get my goals for September down on paper.
2. Get my workout plan for September down on paper and posted in a VERY visible place.
3. Research some low carb items to keep my menu interesting and fresh so that I dont get bored and eat something I should not.

I find it very easy to get off track on the weekend as well. During the work week there is a routine so I tend to stay on track. I am going to use this weekend to get my exercise routine back in order (I have been slacking since I went on vacation).
1. I will set goals and decide on a work out plan for the fall
2. Make a commitment to the plan (write it down)
3. Get all of the equipment to be able to accomplish my goal.
4. Try to keep up on water intake that goes out the window on the weekend.0
