I had a great time this weekend at Michigan State. I can't say that I binged at all, but I didn't log my food Friday and Saturday. Saturday was extremely strenuous so my eating was honestly to fuel/refuel. Back yesterday and today to refocus.0 -

Yesterday (Monday) I did so good all day, went to the gym, but then made the mistake of going to the supermarket after the gym. Long lines. So, when I got home I binged hard because of how tired and hungry I was. Trying to shake off the regret now. Oh well so far so good today.0
