I know that it isn't 100 days yet, but sometimes you need a couple days to get motivated & plan i.e.… clean house of all the bad temptations, grocery shop, research challenges and create schedules, get that gym membership, clean out the workout room, hang up all the clothes laying on the treadmill and so on…

What steps do you do to plan for a challenge? What challenge suggestions do you have?

    I really just got restarted on my weight loss journey a month ago. And these past couple weeks I am really feeling good and weight is starting to come off. Really want to be down more by Christmas. Can't wait to join the challenge to help stay motivated.

    Yup I also just restarted getting back into shape...after taking 4-5 months off of taking care of my body (terrible idea). I gained almost 20 pounds and I hope tot this is a good start to restarting my health journey. Im taking it slow this time!
