    Congrats on the loss Lous!

    BTL, I'm glad you have backed off on the 2500 calorie deficit per day. That really did have me concerned, but I'm not your overseer. Still I celebrate your initiative. Just as Mark said though, slow and steady will win this race. (Something I have to keep telling myself too.)

    Mark, I plan on rocking the Santa suit this year. Next year is when I hope to be too low to be picked as a viable suit filler!

    Decided to shift my weekly weigh-ins from Mondays to Wednesdays. The volatility from the weekend is usually settled down by then. Also, since I don't normally lift on Tuesday nights, the water-retention factor from healing muscles should not be an issue.

    The only reason I weighed in today was because I didn't want to go too long without an update. Great to see all the successes this week! September is going to be a GREAT month.

    A downward trend! I have not had a super fast start to September but I have to admit I am proud of myself for sticking to it and I know it took my 33 years to get here and it will take more then a month to get back!

    I also know that next week is going to be amazing for me because finally my husband and I got our bills caught up ( he had lost his job in june and we had fallen behind while he got new work) and I can spend a bit extra stocking my fridge and not just worrying about the kids school lunches!

    The problem now I am planning on leaving my job this is a very stressful decision for me but one that I think is critical for my future! I am a firm believer that one must not do a job just to be employed but that you should also value and love your work!!! I have lost all respect for the company and their values, and it is taking a lot of self control to not quit right now!
