Compared calorie count to my usual gps running app RunKeeper and the difference was only 9 calories which was not too bad. I am a happy bunny!). Can't wait to use the HRM tomorrow during for Insanity Day 7!!

    Still doing basic 680 calorie burn a day - 2 hours walking and 30 mins circuits per day.

    Have added AquaFit 45 mins once a week - 161
    Plus 2 60 min circuits classes per week. 428 x 2 - in addition to the average daily 30 mins.
