I tried doing these & got to 5, but seriously I am just too clumsy.
So, I did the following:
5 not so good split squat jumps
60 Prisoner
60 Regular
= 125 total.0 -
Done, 105 regular, 5 split squat jump - I also am klutzy.0

I struggle with jumping so I did 55 curtsy squats (27-28 each leg) and then 55 regular squats.0

Day 11 -done , did 110 regular squats since i can't really jump on my bad knee , i have arthritis in my right knee that is eating at my bone so it hurts but another reason i need to get this weight off0

Day 11 -- DONE!! Regular squats...no jumping for me.0

5 split squats (was hurting my knee so didn't do more)
40 regular squats
5 jump squats0 -
Done - but just basic jump.0
