Just discovered Fantasia. Steam chicken and low GI rice, tasty and seems pretty healthy to me. You even get fresh brocolli.
Also like to get a made up salad with two hardboiled eggs for extra protein.
What are you buying for your work lunch?

Sumo salad. Though I tend to make my own lunches.0

Quick, cheap and reasonably healthy solution is a six inch Subway. Plenty of good options as long as you don't go crazy with the sauces and cheese. Choose wisely and don't be tempted by the cookies.0

Agreed - something like the grilled chicken is a good foundation, then add lettuce, capsicum, tomato, carrot etc to taste.
9 days out of 10 I bring my own lunch to work though - far easier from a control point of view.0 -
I thought subway was bad as their bread is really high in sodium?0

Well, you're not eating it 3 times a day, 7 days a week. I don't add salt to anything I eat, buy the unsalted peanut butter, etc etc, so I figure the occasional Subway is not going to kill me :bigsmile:0
