Focus T25 Week 3 Day 5
Today : ALPHA Ab Intervals and
ALPHA Total Body Circuit
I finally f@(kin did it!!! We are finishing our 3rd week and I finally managed to wake up early enough to get my Friday double workout in !!! Im pretty sure it had something to do with looking at the menu for Chili's lastnight trying to pre-plan what I will have tonight when we take my son out for dinner.....my two go-to meals there are both 14-1500 calories each WTH? *sad face*
Im thinking I may get it and eat on it for a couple days? Still not sure, the new Marhgherita Chicken looked pretty good tooo.../

Im looking forward to my rest day tomorrow, but I still have to wake up and have my son on the ball field by 7:30am and will be there most of the day for opening ceremonies :-/ But he is my world, and Id do it everyday if I had to

Aw happy birthday to the big guy. My little one is 5 - time flies!
OK, now that yesterday's pity party is over, this morning I tried two of my three new made up circuits for upper body cardio. It took about 13 minutes and I was able to burn about 125 calories. So I'll be doing more later since that is nowhere near my usual burn, but I'm still proud of myself for taking action. I'll just have to work a bit harder for the next week or two with substitutions. Lucky for me there was a lot on the internet, so we'll see how it goes!0 -
Today I did Chest and Back from P90X. This started the third week but to be honest I don't really enjoy this program so I am thinking about switching.0

Good afternoon! I got in my 30DS this morning (9 days to go!), along with an arm challenge workout. I have Zumba planned for tonight so I have a nice calorie blasting day. My team at work ordered Olive Garden for a big celebration lunch. I planned ahead and ordered soup and salad. I even skipped the breadsticks, although I have to admit that I stuck my head in an empty breadstick bag and just breathed in the garlic smell. There are no calories in that, right? :happy:0

Good job guys for getting it done!! Keep up the good work, and set your goals for the coming week. If you're not where you want to be than refocus and LET'S DO THIS!! Have a great one and kudos for getting this far in the challenge and pushing forward!!0

Hi! I finished my Focus T25 workout program doing my doubles on Thursday. I had minor surgery today so will be taking a couple of days off to recuperate and will be back at if moving forward. I will do my final measurements and weight on Monday for the program, but plan on either moving on to the Gamma Phase or doing another round. I love this program because it's only 25 mins a day fitting into my schedule and I'm getting results, and as an added bonus I love Shaun T. He has such a way of pushing you and when he does you feel great when it's done. Everyone have a great weekend and I will try and keep active on this message board this weekend, but if I'm not it doesn't mean I deserted everyone! Take care and I'm proud of all of you for sticking with the challenge, setting goals and contributing to motivate others with your support!!0

It's Saturday AM but I forgot to log in Friday's exercise....so here it goes....I did a 3 mile, 45 minute WATP weight loss walk using hand weights for 1+ mile.0
