Done ! First time doing them split them 20 X 5 I'm going to feel this tomorrow

Day 9 -- Regular Squats -- DONE! Cannot do jump squats...knee issues.0

Day 9 done. 100 regular squats, foot is not happy today so no jumping can be done, need to save my foot for running tomorrow :ohwell:
Bonus done as well, 60 crunches and 60 second plank hold0 -
