Vegi-Keto Acheiving Protein Levels

Hi All,
I'm new to keto. I'm not having any issues achieving my my 5% carb/70% fat goal, but concerned when I go over on the fats and don't reach my 25% protein. As Vegetarian, who doesn't really work out, should I worry so much? I've just now read that big hits of protein (like the low carb, high protein shake I've been using to hit my macros) can actually kick me out of ketosis. That being said, I don't really want to sacrifice any muscle I may have just to lose weight.
Your thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Have you used the keto calculator?

The macro percentages aren't as important as the number of grams. You should make sure that you get the minimum grams of protein for sedentary per the calculator. You risk loss of muscle mass with less. One day here or there probably isn't a big deal, but don't make it a habit.0 -
Thanks. It was as I was thinking, that I should pay closer attention to my protein. I did use that calculator a while ago but I will revisit to make sure my numbers (grams) are correct.0
