    Hello! I am posting new goals for September. My kick start has slowed to the realistic "I have to live this way for the rest of my life" mode and Dan is right about 5 pounds per week being aggressive. I can do this one baby step at a time.

    I am going to weigh on Saturday mornings.

    SW:355
    CW:329
    GW 320 end of September.

    That is 3 pounds per week. I know I can do that. :D

    Don't beat yourself up. demarii! EVER!

    You might not be pleased with this week's numbers...but they are still going in the correct direction...and even if you do have three road trips and a thousand distractions--YOU KNOW that you are not quitting. You are just getting ready for the battle to come.

    My doctor keeps telling me the first 100 is the easy 100. (YOU CALL THAT EASY?!)

    You have already undergone a remarkable transformation from sometone near crisis, to a person who understands her own potential to achieve her goals and be the person she wants to be.

    You know how to do this. And you are getting it DONE!

    So make sure you give yourself a break and take credit for time served.

    I think I can still make my goal this month. I'm pretty sure I'm doing what I need to do exercise-wise, but I'm going to have to tighten up my diet big-time to lose 5.4 lbs in 12 days.

    So many folks in this group are kicking serious butt this month, both in weight loss and in stepping up their mental game! Especially love Jessaurophagus' attitude about bouncing back this week.

    Mike, more than a two pound loss this week is great. Even if we don't meet our loss goal, even trying is winning. Great work!
