I'd like to give C25K a shot again...I tried it about a year and a half ago or maybe longer and had to stop because I kept re-injuring my foot. I have been wanting to really get into running for a long time, hopefully this time around will work for me! My goals are to lose weight, tone up, gain endurance and finally accomplish this goal.0

I started C25K because I wanted to learn to run. I actually tried it Aug 6th when I began my diet and I couldn't make it the 60 sec of jogging on the 1st day. So I decided to give myself a month of past paced walking/ jogging. I am glad I did, now I am on W2D2 and I can get through it with no issues, this week anyways

I have been wanting to do a 5K and I finally signed up to do one on Thanksgiving!0 -
Today is my first day on MFP. I added the C25K app on my phone last week, determined to start today. Your group will be great motivation.
My reasons are: 1- build endurance, 2- lose weight, 3- fight fall/winter SADD.0 -
