Anyone have cataract surgery? I am having mine next month and can't decide what lens to get.

    Hello.I'm a newbies but I know I will have plenty if encouragement from others. I had cataract surgery three years ago.I done just fine. I didn't not have the special prescription lens because I was told I would still have to wear glasses because of astigmatism. You'll do just fine...it kept my husband busy putting those eye drops in for me...good luck..

    Had mine done 6 months ago. Went with toric lenses - to correct both nearsightedness and astigmatism. Love my new vision! Still have a bit of astigmatism, but can drive - and SEE! - without glasses. The best part? The world is so beautiful now. Colors are clear. And snow is really white, not yellow!
