I have been wondering how many calories do you take in daily. I found that I only lose weight when I eat not more than 1200 cal, with little exercise (treadmill 20 - 30 minutes/ day, gardening, weights 20 min 2x week,). the other threads say anything less puts us in a starvation mode and slows metabolism.How can mine get…
