Just wanted to see the gender, age, height and daily caloric limit set for low carb members here.
Me:
Female, 26, 5"3, 1330
But I'm struggling to stay at 1330, I probably end up around 1500 on most days.

Daily calorie range between 1300 and 1500 as I aim for an average of 1400kcal weekly. I exercise about every day (45-60 minutes of cardio activities - walking, running, cycling; some weight training 2/3x per week) :drinker:0 -

Just upped my calories to around 1400 for maintenance (including a 1/2 hr daily walk).
I think it may be too high, but I'm on holiday, so I may lower it or exercise more when I get back to a regular life.0 -
