Here are the charts we will be using! If you are new to working out, please pick one or the other to add to your fitness regimen - these are much tougher than they look!

PS: Remember to keep that core nice and firm! You get much more out of a squat if you do it right :)

PPS: I don't want anyone to hurt their back or knees (I've done it before...ow), so here's a great how-to on a proper squat:

    I'm about to start a Day 1 topic thread :) Then we'll do Day 2, etc. I figure because people are starting whenever they find us, this is the best way to keep everyone going :)

    Hi Jarry! Welcome! For the first few days, I think doing everything all at once (within a challenge...you can do abs in the morning and squats in the evening if you wanted to) is best. Once you hit 3 digit numbers, then splitting them up is totally fine. I've done the squat challenge before and 90 squats is easier than you think by the time you get there!

    LolZ. I am so silly. I was doing the squats for the first 30 days and then i was going to do the abs the next 30 days... But doing them together is a better challenge.. I was already incorporating abs into my workout at the gym and I can feel it.. Now if I do this abs workout along with the squatss WOOOOOOO. I know I will feel it. But I love how my stomach and thighs feels... I add wall sits in my rountine.. I try to hold the wall sit for 1 minute then have a minute break and go back into it.. Try it out ! It is TOUGH !!!

    I would say when you do all of this you need a good stretching. I want to try yoga which will give my body a good stretch.
