Doing great! Had a sneak peek this morning...I'm down 1.8 from last Friday. Only 3.2 more to go! Taking it easy today and enjoy life - back on it tomorrow and throughout the weekend. I'll weight again Monday and record that for the challenge!

I'm doing well with my healthy eating and trying to limit snacks, I really would like to up my exercising though. Today I will go for a 30 min walk and do my 15 minute kick boxing dvd.
  • I'm doing well! I'm already down by quite a bit which has put a big smile on my face.

I've got my cardio in place so I'm starting up my resistance/strength training now. So far so good!

I was so close to just throwing in the towel tonight but then I stopped myself from wanting to binge. Does anyone have panic moments where you just feel scared in a way that you can't allow yourself to eat really unhealthy foods? I don't know if that's just me

Doing well. I weighed myself this morning since I weigh in Fridays and noticed a small loss. Hopefully that number will increase by Monday! I workout daily. 90 minutes of Bikram yoga and usually elliptical/walking 3-4 times a week. If I feel brave then strength training once a week. I have trouble loosing weight and maybe my hypothyroidism & PCOS plays a role in it. But it's slowly coming off! :)

I've noticed that the days I eat properly and when I'm hungry I don't feel like binging. I eat when I'm hungry. And I drink a ton of water. I DO however have days when I feel like grabbing a meal at a fast food joint but I stop myself and find healthy alternatives. If you still feel hungry after eating 5 small meals daily then increase it to 6. Or add a healthy side dish to each meal. Snacking on fruits n veggies is also a great way to fend off hunger.

I fell off the wagon a bit this past week because I had a few celebrations. However, I am moving to a cooler place (temp-wise) in four weeks and I must be able to fit into my jeans and exercise tights again. I've got some work to do!

I usually have it that I crave a food and then I eat it. It's after eating it that I crave another piece and another... then I feel bad... and here's the killer... I am an emotional eater so when I overeat I feel bad and eat MORE! :embarassed:

Lost a few pounds by exercising a lot and eating well. Trying to keep it up, but I do find weekends much harder.

I had a really bad food day yesterday but I guess 1 out of 7 is okay. I'm just going to try and focus on next week but I highly doubt the scale would have budged in my weigh-in tomorrow :/
