Focus T25 ALPHA Week 5 Day 1

Today: ALPHA Total Body Circuit

Almost done with ALPHA and still following modifier :( Been a busy weekend, but glad to see Monday to get back to a normal routine!!!

    Feeling like I can't catch a break lol - this cold/sinus thing is kicking my butt (from a breathing standpoint) but I still got one walk in this morning and plan to do another around lunchtime. Back to School night is tonight so I was worried about not getting one in.

    Last night I went just a little (less than 40) calories over, but it didn't even bother me because it was a night over my neighbor's house with many of our building-mates and a great time, homecooked meal, and yummy dessert. I also went for a decent walk right afterwards to make sure some of those calories didn't plant themselves on my thighs! LOL

    Good morning, all. I finished the 30 day shred and am pleased with the results - lost 10.1 lbs and almost 10 inches in those 30 days! Yay! I leave for Colorado tomorrow and hope to get in a lot of walking and some strength training workouts. Otherwise, i will be focused on spending time with my grandma. Today I have a walk this morning and Zumba tonight. When i get back next week, I will start up a new home workout to try and keep it interesting. I may not be able to check in much this week so good luck to all of you!

  • Hi everyone! Only got a 15 minute/1 mile WATP video done this AM. Hopefully will get to more later this evening. Weight is around 167.0.....been up and down and all around 167 for 2 weeks now. Had 4 days in a row of eating just under calorie goals....and then yesterday ended up eating out for dinner so was over my calorie goal by quite a bit. Didn't know when I had breakfast and lunch that dinner was going to be out. Doing okay so far today calorie wise.....but the day is only half over, lol.

    Beautiful day here in NJ.
