Firstly a big shout out to all those great numbers I see! You guys are amazing!

So September is not panning out great for me, I have 7 weeks left until I see my doctor again and I promised her results and I meant it! I have re-evaluated what I am doing wrong and realized that I stopped logging as well and started putting in more calories then August! In August I averaged about a 300 calorie deficite a day and in September it had been about a 5 calorie deficite! So needless to say I have to work a bit harder on that!
I have let my stress at work get the better of me and I think that it was just and excuse to sit at home eating cheez it's and watching tv.

Thanks Mark :> I'd love it if I had a great last week and got to 300! Fingers crossed. I originally hoped to get just below but I based my numbers on my first month which included to 4lb loss weeks which I am not seeing any more hehe.

Holly, I've been the same! Last month (my first month) I definitely had more of a deficit and lost more weight (though I know your first few weeks are always fast if you're big!). I'll be working hard for a good end to the month and hoping for a strong month in October!

OF COURSE YOU CAN! We all can!

If it isn't this week, it can be NEXT week. The point is to KEEP GOING.

If we just keep at it, ALL the numbers will fall into place. We just have to be patient with ourselves.

Todays Weigh-in (9/20/13) should have been 284.4 not 282.4 I only lost 0.4 this week. I need 2.4 lbs to make my September goal. I'm sure with the encouragement from all my wonderful MFPs  and much dedication/discipline that I will keep going but I would love, love, love to meet my September goal.

Grats to everyone having a good week, and grats to everyone sticking with it :) Pat yourselves on the back everyone, you deserve it!

My week has been less than good, I got a nasty nasty cold on Tuesday and did nothing all week, as evidenced by my complete lack of posting :P No gain, but no loss this week. Back on track this week! Taking the weekend to recover, and get myself going again.

And THAT my dear friends is the RIGHT ATTITUDE! Go Jess! And everybody else who is our there TRYING.

Because if you can look in the mirror and tell yourself honestly that you made the effort, the scale doesn't matter much.

It will soon be Monday morning again--we will all reign in any extra slack and GET IT DONE!

You are rocking out! It looks like you are on track to blow your monthly goals out of the water!

I hope you doing everything sensibly though. Good nutrition, sensible portions, and regular exercise will get us all where we want to get, AND help us stay there. FOREVER.

Still...I am not arguing with success! Can't wait to see your 50 lbs down picture!

Gosh! And ALL that just from hard work and sensible nutrition.

The more you do the more can do.

Thank you so much for sharing this successful week with everybody. I hope you are walking straight and tall, with a tempered spring of pride in your step.

What a great log! Steady. Consistent. Sensible.

    Inspirational.

    CHEERS!

And thank you for doing so! Wow. (I mean, you won't win too many sodium challenge days), but DUDE! You can`t argue with success!

For me, Costco is a salty, but very conveniently portion controlled lifestyle. It`s like Jenny Craig for people who don`t want to pay retail for their frozen dinners. (Costco rules okay!)

But Sir...the source of your super powers is obviously your regular, steady and committed approach to exercise.

If you really are looking for a name, canuname...

...I suggest Aquaman...or something water or swimming themed. It is doing you good service.

Or perhaps start a thread and ask The Group for some suggestions.

Or just leave it if I....um...should have stopped typing three or four lines ago because I am missing a key reference.

In any event...Thanks again for sharing your success with us!

Some of you chaps have had AMAZING weeks! Especially Canuname (6lbs?! Woooow!) and Asundeen88 (nice to meet you by the way, I'm Pidge). VERY well done everyone that hit their goals or even beat them for the week!

Personally I lost less than I had hoped but it seems that a LOT of us had the same problem last week for one reason or another! It's nice to know that we're not alone and that we'll all get there in the end ^_^
