am stil on week4 cz had to discontinue was too tired cz of 30DS0 -
Week one, intervals of 20 seconds, off for 10 and repeat, tolerance level has def improved I'm no longer dying at 8 seconds waiting for the next 12 to tick by ha ha, but who knew that seconds took that long when you are watching them lol0

Monday I did 3 rounds of 4 minutes running with one minute rest. I haven't done any C25K runs lately though. I can't get my head around running for 25 minutes solid! Maybe today or later this week.0 -

I did 25 minutes non-stop on Friday! Then Saturday I did Tabata sprints on the track. That was miserable!
Anyway, I gotta repeat that 25 minute three more times before I move on. Wish me luck!0 -

Well, my last run was for 28 minutes without stopping. It was super-slow. I hate it! :laugh:0

I did a 5K walking and jogging on the treadmill yesterday, 4 minutes on 1 minute off, in 38:07! I'm stoked.0

I jogged for 30 minutes straight on Thursday!! Super-duper-slow, but still, constant! Couple more weeks and I'll be done with C25K! :happy:0
